I used to be great friends with salad. The best of friends. I would eat tuna salad twice a day, every day, in fact. That’s a lot of tuna salad. So needless to say, I have only just reignited my love affair with the fresh, delicious dish. The problem is those mayonnaise covered mountains we often find in food courts, just don’t float my boat. So here is a much healthier, cleaner and super simple version.
