Gut Healing Blueberry Smoothie

This Gut Healing Blueberry Smoothie recipe is ideal for a quick and easy breakfast. The protein will keep you satiated or full and the gelatin and aloe help to heal the gut; a perfect way to start the day. The fresh coconut water will give you a sweet boost too and it carries essential electrolytes to replenish. Best of all, it tastes amazing.
