- 1 Fresh coconut You will need flesh and water so have it opened fully.
- 1 handful Blueberries Fresh or frozen is fine. Organic preferred.
- 2 tbsp Gelatin We use Great Lakes Gelatin from Grass Fed cows
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence Alcohol and sugar free
- 2 Drops Stevia Choose unbleached and unflavoured
- 2 tbsp Aloe juice Unflavoured. No additives.

- Blend all ingredients together.
- Add some berries on top to beautify it or add some crunch.
If you are vegetarian or vegan, substitute a raw, plant based protein for the gelatin.
Always opt for organic ingredients where possible.
