Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour into a greased loaf tin (24cm x 10cm x 6cm).
  3. Bake in an oven on 160°C / 320 °F for about 50 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
  4. Serve with some grass fed butter, pesto eggs (in Breakfast section of recipes), ABC nut butter or simply on its own.
