Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mash the fruit well in a mixing bowl with a fork.
  2. Add all other ingredients to the fruit and stir well.
  3. Pour into a greased tin.
  4. Bake in an oven on 160°C / 320 °F for about 45 minutes or until brown.
  5. Serve with Raspberry & Chocolate sauce or some coconut yoghurt.

Optional:

If you want a slightly sweeter version add 1 Tbsp of raw honey to the mixture. Raw cacao can be quite bitter.
