This comes at a perfect time as I am currently in the market for a new computer. I think how light and thin it is is what I like most about it. Backpacks get really heavy after awhile when they’re full of all our gear! And I’d choose the blue too 😉

I have an Asus right now and love it for travel. I don’t really love the keyboard and touchpad seems too sensitive but in a travel computer I can deal with that. In the market for a new one in a few months and will definitely check out the zenbook!

Convenience is the name of the game, when it comes to travel. So the lighter, thinner the laptop, the better. I have been lugging around my heavy laptop and am looking for lighter options. Will check this out.

Wow — you are right about the “beautiful” thing. That rippling blue sheen is positively hypnotic! My first travel computer was an Asus, and since then I’ve gone Mac, but now I’m curious to try out Asus again…

It looks very pretty – and as a fellow lifelong Apple fan, I wasn’t sure I’d be convinced either, but you raise some good points! The mini port is awesome, and the blue/gold styling is just divine! And it’s not that much thicker than my Mac Book air.. you may have a convert here!

I almost bought this one, but then decided to go with a Dell YPS (very happy with that too). Thanks for the review, your photos are beautiful.
